Now that you know the basics, it’s time to get your SideDrawer environment ready for clients!
During this phase, you will take the lead in setting up the materials you need for your clients, with support from our team as needed
Build Info Requests – client questionnaires & document request forms
Create Content Packages – set up reusable generic document packages and folder structure
Look & Feel – set up logos and brand colours
Customization – build custom Tiles or SideDrawer Types (depends on subscription package)
Add your Admin Users & Teams (if applicable)

Once your environment and resources are set up, you’re ready to start inviting clients – almost!
Adoption of a new platform is much stronger if you communicate with your clients before inviting them to SideDrawer
Build trust & set expectations – letting your clients know that the invitation is coming reassures them that it’s legitimate, and lets them know what to expect
Tell them why – give clients a quick explanation of why you’re partnering with SideDrawer, and what’s in it for them

Create client SideDrawers and start inviting your clients, advisors, and third-party users!
Build your SideDrawers, deliver Info Requests and Content Packages
Invite clients during SideDrawer creation, or later on
Manage invitations & follow-up
Guide clients through account creation & login

Once you’ve onboarded your first set of clients, you’ll probably get some feedback, from your internal team and from your clients.
We recommend building in some time to analyze and make adjustments, to fine-tune your workflows and improve the experience
