The SideDrawer Platform gives you the ability to create a User Experience that is best for your clients. We have introduced new options to make the SideDrawer experience your own.
Manage what your clients can see within the Info Requests menu.

If a SideDrawer was sent an Info Request or Simple File Request | Shows Info Request section | Shows Info Request section |

Toggle | Can toggle view to not show completed IRs and SFRs | Can toggle view to not show completed IRs and SFRs |
Determine if you would like your clients to land on the Summary page or go directly into the Records.
Hide Summary ON | Hide Summary OFF |
Straight into Records | Shows Summary page |
Allow your clients to see all Record fields or only those that have data/files.
Simplify Record View - ON | Simplify Record View - OFF |
Only shows data that has entries | Shows all data fields |
