Adding a reminder to a Record for a file request

You can now add Reminders to a Record, which can be useful for:

  • Asking content or information from a User

  • Reminding a User associated with the SideDrawer or Record to complete an action in the future

Step 1

Navigate to an existing Record

To learn how to create a Record click below

Navigate to the section of the Record where you can create a Reminder and Select ‘add’

Step 2:

Create the Details of the Reminder

  • Create the Name if your Reminder

  • Add any User associated with the Reminder

  • Add a message to explain what the reminder is asking of the indidividual(s) associated with it

  • Select the start date of the Reminder

Step 3:

Add Recurrence to the Reminder (optional)

You can choose to add recurrence to your Reminder. This will send updates and remind the User to complete the details of the Reminder. The Reminder can be turned off at any time <insert article to turn off reminder>. The reminder can be sent in intervals of Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.

Daily

In this Example, the invite:

  • Occurs on a daily schedule

  • Every 3 days (which can be customized)

  • And will continue until effective date June 30th 2022

Weekly:

In this Example, the invite:

  • Occurs on a weekly schedule

  • Every Wednesday (which can be customized by selecting the preferred day)

  • Every 2 weeks (which can be customized)

  • And will continue until effective date June 30th 2022

Monthly

In this Example, the invite:

  • Occurs on a monthly schedule

  • On the 3rd day of the month (which can be customized by selecting the preferred day of the month from the dropdown)

  • Every 2 months (which can be customized)

  • And will continue until effective date October 31st 2022

Yearly:

In this Example, the invite:

  • Occurs on a yearly schedule

  • Occurring in the month of January

  • Every 2 years (which can be customized)

  • And will continue until effective date December 3rd 2024

Step 4:

Save your reminder.
