The three reasons why Info Requests and Content Packages are delivered to
Client SideDrawers are:
1. When creating a SideDrawer (sent at same time).
2. When Delivering Multiple Info Requests and/or Content Packages to a single
SideDrawer.
3. When Delivering a Single Info Request and/or Content Package to multiple
SideDrawers.
When creating a SideDrawer you are able to deliver Content Packages and
Info Requests as part of the process at that time.

To Deliver Multiple Info Requests or Content Packages to a Single SideDrawer, complete the following instructions:
Info Requests
1. Navigate to Console (bottom left hand side).
2. From the left-hand menu, select Accounts.
3. Click on SideDrawers.
4. Select the Actions Icon (... three dots) to the far right of the screen, to
select the SideDrawer.
5. Click on “Send Info request”.
6. Select by Check Marking the box of the Info Requests that you want to send to the selected SideDrawer.
7. Select Confirm.
Content Packages
Repeat steps 1 to 4.
5. Select “Deliver a Content Package”.
6. Select by Check Marking the box to select the Content Packages that you want to deliver to the selected SideDrawer.
7. Select Confirm.
To Deliver a single Info Request or Content Package to Multiple SideDrawers complete the following:
Info Request
Navigate to Productivity.
Select Info Requests.
Select the Action Icon (...three dots) on the Info request you want to deliver.
Click on Select Info Request.
5. Select by Check Marking the box of the SideDrawers you want to deliver the
Info request to.
6. Click on Send info Request(s).
Content Package
Navigate to Productivity
Select Content Packages.
3. Select the Action Icon (...three dots) on the Info request you want to deliver.
4. Click on Deliver Content Package to SideDrawers.
5. Select by Check Marking the box the SideDrawers you want to deliver the
Content Package to.
6. Click on Submit.
