You can move files from one Record to another, within a Tile or between Tiles, or move an entire Record.
You can also use this function to copy a file, if you'd like to have multiple copies in different Records - for example, if you want a copy of your tax return in the Personal Finances Tile, but also in the Taxes Tile, in a Record that your accountant has access to.
Moving Records to Another Tile
Navigate to the Record you want to move
Click on the 3 dots on the right of the screen
Select Move Record to another Tile from the Actions Menu
Select the destination Tile from the list
βSelect Confirm to complete the move
Copying Records to Another Tile
Navigate to the Record you want to copy
Click on the 3 dots on the right of the screen
Select Move Record to another Tile from the Actions Menu
Click the toggle to Copy Record (instead of moving it)
Select the destination Tile from the list
βClick Confirm to make a copy of the Record in the destination Tile
Moving Files to Another Record or Tile
Navigate to the files you want to copy
Click on the File icon on the right to Manage Multiple Files
Select Copy from the Action Menu
Click Select All to copy all files, or select individual files from the list
Select the destination Record for the files - the Select Record drop-down will show all Records in the SideDrawer
βClick Confirm to complete the move
Copying Files to Another Record or Tile
Instead of moving the files, these steps will create a duplicate of the files in the destination Record
Navigate to the files you want to move
Click on the File icon on the right to Manage Multiple Files
Select Move from the Action Menu
Click Select All to move all files, or select individual files from the list
Select the destination Record for the files - the Select Record drop-down will show all Records in the SideDrawer
βClick Confirm to complete the copy
