A SideDrawer is a digital representation of a Filing Cabinet:

LEVEL 1: SideDrawer

  • A SideDrawer is created for an Individual, Family, or Business

  • A safe and secure solution to organize your documents in one place to share with others

LEVEL 2: Tile

Every SideDrawer is divided into Tiles, which act like the Green Hangers within a

Filing Cabinet drawer

  • Tiles are used to organize documents and information by setting up high-level categories
For example, an Individual SideDrawer might have Tiles for Legal Documents, Insurance Policies, and Personal Income, while a Business SideDrawer would have Tiles for Corporate Documents, Legal Matters, and Compliance

  • Tiles help make document storage clear and consistent across multiple users, or a whole organization

  • Individual: This tile structure supports an individual or family.

Business: This tile structure supports a business or corporation.

LEVEL 3: Record

Records sit within Tiles, similar to the Manila Folders in a filing cabinet, holding documents and information

  • Each Tile can hold multiple Records, and each Record can store many Documents

  • Records can store Documents, and also record information about documents, such as where the physical copy is stored

  • In addition to documents, you can also add important dates, expiry dates, or specific details about the document.

Level 4: File
Each Record can contain multiple Files

  • Files can be any kind of document

  • SideDrawer is ideal storage for important documents such as financial information, wills, or identity documents - anything you need to store or share securely
