Building a table within an Info Request

Add tables in your Info Requests.

You have the option to gather all the information from your clients in a tabular format.

  1. To build a table, select the Table option.

  2. Enter your question or topic

  3. Enter the questions which will be displayed as rows in the final table.

  4. These options will require you to choose the format (configuration) for your clients to fill the responses accordingly e.g. the question ‘provide your full name’ should have the format as Long Text’, ‘Date of birth as date widget and Address as Address widget’

Note: there are multiple formats available in the pre-defined format to choose eg. Monetary, Link URL, Private Sensitive, Drop-down etc.

To add drop-down options, here's how:

  1. Select the drop-down format option

  2. Click on the pencil icon to add the multiple choices

  3. Add in the values for the predefined drop down format as below and hit Submit

This is the final look of your table. Questions are displayed as rows.
