Building a survey table within an Info Request

Build out surveys within an Info Request.

  1. Click on the item ‘Survey Table’ option within Info Requests to build a survey table.

  2. Enter your question

  3. Enter the options surrounding the main question.

    The options will reflect as a column in the final table.

  4. A set of answers can be built so that your clients can choose from those options. Click on the + sign located at the right corner to add another row. You can also allow your clients to choose multiple answers.

Note : these answers will be displayed as a row in the final table
