Resending Invitations

Console Users have the ability to see registered users and resend User Invitation Emails for pending invitations.

From the console you have the ability to see what users have registered, the date of registration and their last log in information.

The console also provides information about pending registrations. This could be invitations to claim ownership or to collaborate. A Console user can resend an invitation to the end user with a pending registration.

Follow these steps to locate pending registrations and resend invitations:

  1. Log into

  2. Select Accounts

  3. Select Client & Users. Here you will see both registered users and those with pending invitations.

4. Select the user you want to resend an invitation to

5. Click the (...) action dots

6. Select Resend Invitation

If a user/client is registered, you will see the registration details and last log in. In this case the “Resend Invitation” button will be disabled.
