This article is for: All SideDrawer Users
Collaborators on a SideDrawer or Record can send reminders to one another to support collaboration.
You can use reminders to ask one or more other users to:
Upload a file
Complete an Info Request
Read a document
Provide a note or signature on a document
Creating a Reminder will send an email notification to that Collaborator or Collaborators, with a customized message and a link to the SideDrawer.
You can send Reminders right away, schedule them for a set date and time, or set them to recur on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis
NOTE: Not all SideDrawer environments have Reminders activated.
If you don't see Reminders in the left-hand menu of your SideDrawer, then this tool is not available in your environment at the SideDrawer level
You can still create Reminders at the Record level, from the Records menu
