We made some significant enhancements to the Info Request experience today!
To Do List Toggles
To streamline the simple questions, we added a toggle that allows you to ask those binary questions as part of a checklist or a to-do list. The toggle will appear to the left of the statement.
Multiple Choice Checkboxes
To allow quicker selection of multiple options we added the ability to have checkboxes so a user can select multiple items.
Single Choice Radio Button
A single selection button is a quick way to respond to select one of many options.

Table
This is amazing Table functionality that gives you so much more flexibility on client data gathering. From the Console, you determine the column headings, and what type of information would be entered by the user.
Each column can have a different type of input - a date, an address picker, an email, text or long-term. See the video below.
