If you received an error message like the one below, that has the phrase "Record not able to use, subscription limit reached" - it is likely that the SideDrawer does not have a license attached.
Fixing this is simple, we just need to apply a license to this SideDrawer.

How to assign a license:
Step 1 - From the Console, click on Subscriptions and then Organization Subscriptions.
Step 2 - Click on the 3 dots under Actions of the Subscription you'd like to assign.
Step 3 - Click on Assign Licenses to SideDrawers
Step 3 - Find the appropriate SideDrawer and check off the box.
Step 4 - Click on Confirm on the bottom right.
