Cheat sheets are a new series of articles with short, easy to follow instructions or explanations to help users with their most common SideDrawer questions.

Info Requests are used to collect information from your clients.

You're creating a form that has:

-Instructions and subheadings

-Various types of questions

-Places for your client to upload files that you want

Once you create your Info Request you can choose which of your clients to send it to. Once they complete it, any files they upload will be organized automatically into their SideDrawers.

Templates are used to give your clients information.

Templates save you time by taking all the most common records and files that you regularly use on a day-to-day basis and allows you to save it as a template that you can apply to as many clients' SideDrawers as you want.

You might create a template for:

-Providing company information like advisor bios and services offered

-Sending your clients an onboarding document to complete

-Updating your clients with new industry information or government regulations
