Managing info requests

This article explains how to send, edit or delete an info request

To manage your info requests, click the three dots next to the info request you want.

The four options to choose from are;

  • Send Info Request- click here to open a list of your current clients to send this info request to

  • View Items- choose this if you want to ask for certain documents, files or information

  • Edit info request- this option allows you to edit the info request itself, and change the info request name or description

  • Delete info request- click here to delete and remove this info request
