We're always trying to offer our valuable clients the best in customer service and tech support and that's why we've recently launched our new chatbot function.


When you first open your SideDrawer, you'll see the SideDrawer Operator welcome you and offer you some popular help suggestions. The chatbot is designed to suggest helpful articles, how-to guides and video tutorials to you based on your responses to questions.


Every time you use the Chatbot, a conversation is started with our support staff who can monitor and follow up if necessary. You have the choice to continue an existing support conversation or start a new conversation by simply choosing to send us a message.


If you decide to start a new conversation you'll be presented with the same suggestions you saw when you first used our Chatbot.
