First, open your inbox on the left column of your SideDrawer.
You can see that any new email will be at the top with a small button to indicate it's not been opened.
When you click on a new email to open it, any attachments will be at the bottom if you scroll down. You can examine them further by clicking the little arrow on the right.
To access the attachment you wish to upload to a file, click the cloud icon to the right.
Here you'll have the opportunity to change the file title and file name. The title is created automatically using the name of the attachment and the name of the email sender but you can make changes,
After you've chosen the title and name of the file, you need to decide where the attachment will go by selecting the record the attachment will reside in.
Clicking the line will open a drop down menu showing all the records that are currently available.
*IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE PROPER RECORD, you'll need to create a new one for this attachment. You can watch a video on how to create a record here.
After choosing the proper record for the attachment, simply click the "Save" button.
You'll receive a short popup when it's finished.
