If the SideDrawer owner has granted permission and access to someone, such as a family member, trust advisor, executor or other legal representative, that person will still have access to whatever the owner allowed, from specific records to the entire SideDrawer itself.

But, if the SideDrawer owner didn't allow anyone permission to access their SideDrawer, an empowered agent of the owner will need to reach out to our Support Team. Once we're informed of the situation we'll proceed with the necessary steps to transfer the SideDrawer account to the legal representative of owner.

This process will vary from country to country and we'll follow the proper laws that are in place.
