If you need some help using SideDrawer, you have a variety of options available!

Self-Serve Support Options

Help Articles

We have a library of help articles that introduce you to the core functions of SideDrawer, along with step-by-step instructions for both SideDrawer clients and admin users.

Use the search bar to search articles by key words or questions, or navigate through the article collections:

  1. Intro to SideDrawer: these articles focus on FAQs and key concepts of the SideDrawer platform, to help you get started.

  2. Using SideDrawer: these articles cover the client-facing side of SideDrawer, with step-by-step instructions to help you with tasks like uploading files, managing account settings, or completing an Info Request.

  3. SideDrawer for Administrators: these articles deal with the SideDrawer Console, and admin tasks like creating SideDrawers, building Info Requests, and configuring the UX settings for your environment.

This option brings up SideDrawer's Terms of Service, which you agreed to when first registering your account.

AI Assistant (Console Users Only)

When logged into the SideDrawer Console, click the question mark icon at the lower right to access the Console Resource Center:


Type a question in the bar at the bottom, then hit Enter or click the paper plane icon:


The AI Support tool will return an answer, including step-by-step instructions, as well as a link to the help article(s) containing the information.
Clicking the link will open the article in another tab - use the articles if you'd like to see screenshots in addition to the text instructions.


Console Resource Center (Console Users Only)

In addition to the AI tool mentioned above, the Console Resource Center contains several other tools to help you get the most out of SideDrawer:

  • Announcements will show you notifications about new features or changes to the platform

  • Checklists provide step-by-step guides to help you set up your SideDrawer environment, checking off each step as you complete it:

  • Guided Tours give you step-by-step 'how to' walkthroughs in the live environment, guiding you through each step and selection:

  • Reference Materials are links to resources beyond our help articles, including videos to help introduce SideDrawer to your clients, API documentation to help you link SideDrawer to your own app or website, and links to webinars created by our team and our partners:

Articles and self-serve options are great, but sometimes a question needs a more personal touch!

Here are your options for contacting our Support team:

In-App Chat

Use the chat icon at the lower right of your SideDrawer screen, then type a message in the message box:


You'll be asked to fill out some details to help us categorize the question, and our team will respond within 5 minutes during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 EST).
If you post questions in the chat outside of business hours, you'll get recommendations for help articles, and our team will respond as quickly as possible in the next business day.

If you're working in Console, use the question mark icon at the lower right, and select Contact SideDrawer team from the Resource Center menu:

You can email us any time at [email protected].

Please include your name, email address, and the company or advisor you were invited by (if applicable), as well as a brief description of your issue or question.
We'll normally respond by email as quickly as possible in the next business day, but if you'd prefer to be contacted another way (phone, Zoom, Teams, etc.), please provide your contact details as well.

Book a meeting

Some questions are best resolved by talking them through in real-time, and a screenshare call can also help with training or walkthroughs.
To book a meeting with our team, contact us by chat or email, and we'll set up a call or send you a calendar link so you can schedule a meeting with us.
